Our patient came to Diagonal Dental as a referral from our local oral surgeon, who would be performing the implant placement surgery for this case. The patient was concerned about his worn, misaligned, and broken teeth. He had failed bondings and lots of compromised edges from grinding (bruxism). He felt self-conscious of how stubby, worn, and yellow his teeth appeared. His smile goals were to achieve a more uniform shape, size, and color for his teeth and to prevent further wear.

I worked closely with a local oral surgeon to coordinate the placement of the implants, and then we monitored their healing and progress over the next few months. I made a temporary device for the patient to wear in the interim while the implants were healing so they were not without their front teeth. The results speak for themselves!
